Void Check
- A voided check is a paper check that has the word “VOID” written across the front of it
- Voice checks are used to receive direct deposits and make automated payments (example commission payments)
- Using a blue or black pen, write “VOID” in large letters across the front of the check, scan it and provide a PDF copy
PAD Form
- PAD stands for Pre-authorized debit form
- Employers use it to withdraw or deposit funds to your account as authorized
- You can go to your bank or branch and request a copy of your PAD form for your employer
- Alternatively you can log online to your bank account and download a PDF copy of it. All lenders give you access to your account PAD forms online
